Hello, and thanks for reading our BIO we are Jimmy and Brittany Shaw owners of Better Call Shaw Locksmith Service. We have (4) children Brooke (18), Drew (15), Caleb (13) and Avery (12). We live in the Fairplain / Ripley area of WV. We are avid campers and love spending time with friends and family. I (Jimmy) have over 30 years of experience with locks and keys and have always dreamed of operating my own locksmith shop. So in the Summer of 2019 with a little ”push” from Brittany we made my dream come true. Now we provide service to many large commercial organizations,

We offer basic key duplication, remote and key fob cutting and programming, door lock hardware sales and installation for both commercial and residential, emergency lockout service. We also sell and install safes and install remote start systems for vehicles.

Restricted Lock System
We have our very own restricted keyway system. No more employees taking work keys and having them duplicated and being in the dark as to how many keys are out there. Upon installing these locks we have a signature form for each customer, if your name is not listed in the form, no keys will be made ! We are the only dealer in the state that these blanks can be purchased from as they are restricted. The locks are available in door knobs, deadbolts, Rim cylinders, LFIC padlocks and mortise cylinders.
